K&K Keramik’s 10L Fermenting Crock Pot is made from stoneware that has been formed as one piece with no seams and it is fired at 1260°C. This gives it exceptionally durable properties. It is hand crafted in Germany and is similar to the Harsch Gertopf. This is a beautifully made line of fermenting pots that also brine, cure, and pickle.  Perfect for turning Chinese/Napa into kimchi or pickling those pickles. Lovely to look at and with side grips for easy handling they can go in your kitchen or anywhere in your home.
